Manual harvesting and plot selection.
This wine is matured in oak casks for 7 months (50% new wood) on fermentation lees. Bottled on site in June, July.
The elegance of the peach and exotic fruit aromas are matched by a distinctly woody finish. A balance of sweetness and intensity, this wine has remarkable volume. An ideal aperitif, also complements fish in sauce, white meats and spicy dishes.
Ideal to wait 2 years to let the wood blend well. Keeps well for 4 to 5 years. |

Merlot 50%, Cabernet Sauvignon 50%
Harvested both manually and mechanically with manual sorting.
Raised in oak casks for 12 months with 1/3 new barrels. Bottled 18 months after harvesting.
An aroma with hints of red fruits, a full-bodied wine, sharp and aromatic. Its elegant and well-blended tannic aromas complement entrecotes served with vine shoots, all red meats and cheeses.
To be drunk between 3 and 7 years.

Manual and mechanic harvest depending on the plot, followed by manual sorting.
Matured in oak casks for around 12 months, bottled 18 months after harvesting.
A robust, powerful wine with a subtle roasted aroma. A delicate nose combining red and black forest fruits with a hint of wood.
A wonderfully velvety body which proves very promising with its intense tannic flavors.
This wine keeps very well (5 years is the optimum amount of time) and brings out the best in game, meats in sauce, cheese. |
